On Wednesday night we carved our jack-o-lanterns with Kayden. He was so excited and giggly as we were preparing them. He called the inside of the pumpkins "the oohy gooey":) He drew a face on his...or just drew on his:) He loved lighting the pumpkins each night w/ mommy, he'd take the old candles out and put the new candles in and then blow out the match for me, such a big helper!
On Wednesday we also made halloween sugar cookies for the Halloween party he was going to at Tula's (we never made it b/c baby brother had other plans for Friday:). Kayden loved rolling out the dough and making a mess with the flour. After one sheet of ghosts and pumpkins mommy decided to do the rest solo b/c the kitchen was covered in flour! On Saturday after Namma arrived he helped her frost them and put sprinkles on them!
