is it really?

january? it has been so nice here it's hard to believe! yesterday it was close to 60 degrees. we spent the day at city park and went on a nice long walk as a family. it was so fun being outside, running around without big coats. we are getting spoiled by this warm front that has come through, not sure what the boys are going to do when we go back to the normal winter temps that should be here. so far it has been a very mild winter. which is nice. but kyle and i also actually kind of want the cold, snowy days during the winter. we missed them so much while we were in az that now we like soaking those cold days in with warm, savory soups, hot tea and cocoa in front of the fireplace. but for the kids, the nice days are very nice. they get kind of stir crazy when we can't get out and run!
