First Walk down the Aisle!

Pretty sure there has NEVER been a cuter ring bearer!!!



Kayden had his first walk down the aisle...to his "bride" Carrie:) He was the ring bearer in Mark and Carrie's wedding and for months prior to the wedding he was sure that HE was marrying Carrie, not Mark. He even called Mark once and said "who's marrying Carrie Mark? Me or You? I'm marrying Carrie Mark!" He knew he had to wear a tux and said that was how he new HE was marrying Carrie. I guess it's a testament to how much Kayden agrees with Mark's choice of who to have join our big family. He must approve:)
The rehearsal on Friday did not go too hot. We had to wake Kayden up to go and he was not a happy camper. He wouldn't walk down the aisle and made us all nervous. But on the wedding day he did great. He walked down the aisle by himself (with the promise of a "surprise") and aside from going back and forth bt the pews to his dad and I he was a trooper. He did go up once and ask Mark "How long are you going to be up here Mark?" in the middle of the ceremony...hey, the littles in weddings always do something funny, right?:)

The reception was Kayden's favorite part. He lit up the dance floor, shook his little booty, did knee slides, spins and all sorts of fun moves. He shook it for every song that played and had so much fun. At one point he went and got my Auntie Irene and asked her to dance with him and then when they were done said "how did you like that?" Awww my little man just melts my heart. I could have watched him dance in that little tux forever. But at 9pm he ASKED to go to bed! He said he was "SO tired". That has never happened before in his 3 years of life! So he shook it good that night!
