How does time go so fast? I swear with each child time flies even faster! Maycie you have been with us for 8 months now. Sometimes it feels like you have always been here because you are such a perfect fit for our family. You were made for us! Other times it feels like I just had you yesterday, like when I look at your tiny baby pictures, you were JUST that small in my mind. You fit so well into our family and our rhythm and mojo:) You laugh when your brothers laugh, you dance when they dance, you know how to make us all smile no matter what mood we are in. You are just the perfect baby sister for us all! We love you to bits and you get told this by FOUR people non-stop all day, everyday...you will never have to worry about feeling unloved:) You are loved. Every inch of you is loved so much by the four of us and so many other people!
At 8 months you...
*are wearing size 3 diapers
*weigh 20 pounds*wear size 6-12 months
*are crawling*pull yourself up to stand in the bath and in your crib
*say the sounds, dada, mama, baba, gaga, caca
*wave bye bye
*LOVE to dance
*have a happy dance you do when you see mommy:) LOVE this!!
*have a morning and afternoon nap
*go to bed around 8pm and sleep until about 7:30am...in mommy and daddy's bed
*favorite books-Where is baby's belly button, Toes, Ears and nose*favorite toy is sophie the giraffe and your "surprise box" (the shape sorter filled with random things for her to pull out and mouth:)
*always crawls straight for the DVDs to take them all out of the entertainment center
*books it to get to wherever she sees/hears where everyone else is.
*only wants her mama to put her down for nap or bedtime
*is a HAPPY baby. everyone notices your happy, joyful spirit. you have big smiles for everyone and light up a room when you enter it. we can't go anywhere without you stealing the show. the other day we were out for dinner with just you while the boys stayed home with grandma w...we couldn't even eat our dinner and talk to eachother because the waitresses were SO OBSESSED with you. just an example of your captivating personality, even at 8 months baby girl. YOU ARE GOING TO DO BIG THINGS:) you are a big light in this big world and God has big plans for you bubbly girl, i just know it!We love you to the moon and back a million times....or like your big brothers tell you all the time, we love you more than all the dinosaurs that ever walked the earth, more than all the stars in the sky, more than all the bugs on the ground, more than all the people on the earth...more than anyone has ever loved someone. we love you!
